Ed Jackson has been in the entertainment industry for over fifteen years. Having hands on experience in the world of music production, he started back in ’93 as a sound and lighting technician for some of the most upscale clubs in New York, and continues to be a presence in the recording and performance industry. A native of long Island NY, he spends his time overseeing production lines for a local company by day, and lending his production skills to performance venues by night. He loves the sunny beach and enjoys trips to wine country. However, nothing tops his love for audio and video technology. A graduate in Graphic Design, he has also lent a hand in the production of several independent feature films and videos.
In his spare time, you’ll find him dissecting the newest equipment and putting it to the test, as well as shopping for the latest home entertainment systems. Having had extensive knowledge of the public relations world, he completely understands the need to communicate information to others in the most real, down to earth way…which is what you will always get from Ed…his honest opinions, reviews, experiences and life observations. We are more than happy to bring this quirky, funny, offbeat personality to the team. This rocker may view life through rose-colored lenses, but as his friends always say “Ed…he just gets it.”

Nate discovered his love of the written word at a very young age, and has wanted to be a writer since he was first able to set realistic goals for himself. His previous career goals included wanting to be an astronomer, a cowboy, a paleontologist, and a cartoonist among other things. While none of those are technically out of reach at this point in Nate’s life, he has narrowed his focus on his first, true love: writing. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Nate holds an educational and professional background in journalism, including a high-water run as the managing editor of his college newspaper. By day he works as both a PR manager for a fast-growing tech company and as a payroll clerk for an electrical contractor. He is also working on the second draft of a book, which is coming slowly but he swears he will get it done. He also loves spending time with his wife, his dog/child substitute, and loved ones. Nate is an omnivorous reader, a major sports fan, a history freak, and a travel aficionado.

Foster Scott has been a geek as far back as he can remember. EADD (Electronic A.D.D) has been Fosters’s co-pilot and nemesis since the Commodore 64, Atari 2600 and Apple IIe entered his life. One of the first books Foster can remember buying as a child was the “Micro Adventure” series that contained computer programs you could run in basic to add to the storyline. Now his love of tech and being a geek range from the computer, ebook readers and video games to getting certified as a CCNA and educating others on internet security.
Foster, who calls the San Francisco Bay Area home, now loves playing with any tech or gadget he can get his hands on. His favorite thing to do? Impresssing his incredibly intelligent, beautiful daughter with the wonders of technology. From using a mod device to play VCD movies on his original Playstation to the PS3 with BlueRay and internet connection. Oh how he wishes to be a kid in this electronic day and age. Combine that with wanting to do Voiceover work for Anime and commercials would be Foster’s idea of heaven. Joining MRT came in as a real close second for Foster, but it is quickly making the way to number one.
